Go To Heaven!

"Can I be sure I am going to Heaven? Is knowing possible?"

Yes! You can go to Heaven. What you have done is not the deciding factor. Who you are is the key.

Not everyone will go to Heaven. Entrance to Heaven is by invitation only. Only by being in the right family can you get into Heaven.

None of us were born originally into the correct family. So, our only hope is to be born again. Fortunately, Jesus will receive you, if you come to Him, and give you a new birth. When you acknowledge Jesus as Lord He receives you. As one of His, Jesus gives you new life to enable you to enjoy Heaven's atmosphere.

JOHN 6:37 NKJ
37 ". . . the one who comes to Me I will by no means cast out."

Not everyone would enjoy Heaven. Unless you have the right kind of life in you, you would not like Heaven. Otherwise, being there would be most unpleasant for you.

In water a fish thrives because it has fish life. But a human finds holding their head underwater for a long time very unpleasant. Humans were not designed to breathe underwater, but fish were.

Likewise, only some will be able to exist in and enjoy Heaven's atmosphere. Only those who have a certain kind of life: the God-kind of life. The Bible calls it eternal life or everlasting life.

JOHN 5:24 NKJ
24 "Most assuredly, I say to you, he who hears My word and believes in Him who sent Me has everlasting life, and shall not come into judgment, but has passed from death into life."

Heaven's atmosphere will be holy. If you do not hate sin now, you would not enjoy Heaven. If you do not enjoy God now, and enjoy the things of God here on earth, you would not enjoy Heaven, either.

The only way to receive the life of God is by receiving Jesus Christ as Lord. He gives life to all who receive Him. There is no other way to receive eternal life.

JOHN 6:40 NKJ
40 "And this is the will of Him who sent Me, that everyone who sees the Son and believes in Him may have everlasting life; and I will raise him up at the last day."

The good news is that eternal life is available to everyone without charge! Eternal life is not for sale, but is available to all as a free gift.

ROMANS 6:23 NKJ
23 For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.

JOHN 3:14-18 NKJ
14 "And as Moses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness, even so must the Son of Man be lifted up,
15 "that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have eternal life.
16 "For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.
17 "For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved.
18 "He who believes in Him is not condemned; but he who does not believe is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God."

Unless you receive Jesus Christ as Lord, there is no rescue for you. Jesus is God's only life preserver. If you reject Him, there is no other way of escape.

"Escape from what?" you might ask. If you do not get into Heaven, there is only one place for you to be: with the devil.

Because of what your ancestors, Adam and Eve, did, you are in trouble. This whole world system is scheduled to be wiped out.

Although it seems unfair, war works that way. Civilians may not be against the country they are fighting. But when their country is bombed, the bombs kill them, too -- not just the military and political leaders who planned the war.

The devil rules the present world system. Because of him, sin in all its hideous forms has flourished here: murder, rape, theft, hatred, lying, and all the rest. Sin has made earth a rotten place.

Because of Adam and Eve's rebellion against God, they came under satan's influence and control. They became subjects of the devil. Just as a slave's children belong to the slave's owner, so all the descendants of Adam also belong to his master, the devil.

ROMANS 5:18-19 NKJ
18 Therefore, as through one man's offense judgment came to all men, resulting in condemnation. . . .
19 For as by one man's disobedience many were made sinners. . .

You may say, "Wait a minute, this is not fair!" Maybe not, but that is the way things are.

Fortunately, there is good news for all who will listen. God loved us, who were caught in this mess, enough to do something. That is why Jesus came: to become a substitute for all mankind.

Jesus did not deserve to suffer. But He did -- in your place -- so you could go free. Jesus suffered to give you a choice. Now you need not be condemned because of Adam and Eve's choice.

So now you must choose. Choose Jesus, or reject Him. However, if you reject Jesus, there is no other way out. You will be doomed for all eternity to suffer the punishment of your master, the devil.

You may say, "I did not choose the devil to be my master."

The choice was already made for you by Adam and Eve. If your parents were slaves when you were born, you would have been a slave, too. You would have had no choice in the matter.

I did not choose the country I was born in. I had no say in the matter. My mother just happened to be here when I was ready to be born. That is what happened with all humanity. We were born under the devil's dominion.

Jesus died to give us all the choice. He will not force anyone to choose Him.

God is not willing for you to perish. He loves you -- enough to die for you!

2 PETER 3:9 NKJ
9 The Lord is not slack concerning His promise, as some count slackness, but is longsuffering toward us, not willing that any should perish but that all should come to repentance.

1 TIMOTHY 2:4 NKJ
4 who desires all men to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth.

Either accept Jesus as Lord, or retain satan as your lord. The choice is yours!

Now you have a choice. You do not have to go to hell. Yes, hell does exist. But hell was not created for you.

MATTHEW 25:41 NKJ
41 "Then He will also say to those on the left hand, `Depart from Me, you cursed, into the everlasting fire prepared for the devil and his angels:'"

To go to Heaven, you must receive Jesus as your Lord.

JOHN 1:12 NKJ
12 But as many as received Him, to them He gave the right to become children of God, even to those who believe in His name:

ROMANS 10:13 NKJ
13 For "whoever calls upon the name of the Lord shall be saved."

ROMANS 10:8-10 NKJ
8 But what does it say? "The word is near you, even in your mouth and in your heart" (that is, the word of faith which we preach):
9 that if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved.
10 For with the heart one believes to righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made to salvation.

Anyone who comes to Jesus has a certain assurance. He will not reject you. You can be saved and know you are. These scriptures are clear. You can have a home in Heaven with Jesus. Accept Him as Lord and Saviour today.

Pray this from your heart now.

Dear God in Heaven, I call on you in the Name of Jesus Christ. I accept Jesus as my Lord and Saviour. I invite you into my life now, Jesus. I receive you now. Thank you for forgiving me of all my sins. Thank you for giving me new life now. Thank you for receiving me and making me new inside. Jesus, you are now my Lord. The devil is no longer my master. Jesus, you have set me free. Thank you Lord Jesus. Amen.
